Responsibilities include...
- Work directly with the VP of Marketing and CEO.
- Photograph and video retreats, in-house events, partnering events, offices and employees.
- Mock-up creatives used for magazine ads, brochures, bios, in-office display, signage, handouts, flyers, social, web, etc.
- Manage social media accounts.
- Community management.
- Produce graphic and video content for DECA, Ideal Dental, Brush32 Dental, and all other brands.
- Create social briefs to be pushed out across all brands.
- Create monthly in-house newsletter to update employees on current events.
- Work with and review content from partnered advertising agency (websites, creatives, etc.).
- Management of Marketing inbox/inquiries from the field.
- Assist in event planning with partners (ex. Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders).
- Assist in Leadership Retreat event planning & manage photo/video team.
- Assist in creation of promotional items/apparel.
- Plan and execute CEO Executive Holiday Party.
- Reputation management and listings management.
- Vendor management.
